Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on Kushte UK.
1. Age Verification (Strictly 18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products on this website. By proceeding with an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
2. Product Presentation & Intended Use
All products sold on Kushte are intended strictly as botanical herbal tea infusions. They are not sold or marketed for human inhalation, smoking, or any uncontrolled combustion. Customers agree to prepare products in hot water below 100°C.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£ GBP). We accept secure bank transfers, Revolut transfers, and approved digital payment methods. Orders are dispatched once full payment has been confirmed by our merchant bank.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery times are estimates provided by postal carriers (DPD / Royal Mail) and are subject to network conditions.
5. Returns & Cancellation Rights
Under UK Consumer Rights legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return if an incorrect or defective product was sent. Due to safety hygiene regulations on consumable botanicals, returned items must remain completely unopened and heat-sealed.
